What a Winter

The weekend was cool but Sunny. Highs were in the 50's. This week is pretty much the same, lower humidity and temps not quite reaching into the 60's. I'm trying not to complain as we don't have to deal with all the snow everyone else is getting. Fact: last week, Friday I think, 49 out of the 50 states had SNOW!! Hawaii didn't have a speck not even on the mountain tops. We had snow in Tallahasse, Jacksonville and the Pensacola!
How are you folks up north dealing with this trying winter? I'd love to know.

  1. Our weekend was pretty nice here in Vermont. On Tuesday, however, Vermont saw about 8 inches of snow. Ed and I were down in NYC where it blew wet snow for an accumulation of about an inch. We were on the Brooklyn Bridge in it! Today, back in Vermont, we saw a high of almost 40 degrees. That's really warm for February. The way I see it is we had a really early winter this year, getting really cold and snowy in early November. It's almost as though the weather is ahead a month because what we're experiencing now is what we'd normally see in late March. Let's see what March brings!
